Majed – Tour & Transportation Coordinator, Mermaid Adventures
Majed brings over 8 years of experience as a liveaboard dive guide, making him one of the most knowledgeable and trusted marine professionals in the region. His deep understanding of the Red Sea’s marine life, dive sites, and coastal landscapes ensures every trip is safe, exciting, and full of unforgettable moments.
Born and raised in Egypt, Majed combines local wisdom with professional dive expertise to create extraordinary experiences for guests — whether you're snorkeling vibrant reefs, searching for dolphins, or exploring hidden bays. His calm presence, friendly nature, and commitment to safety put every guest at ease.

Kate & Majed welcome you to Mermaid Adventures and would like to share a little information about ourselves and what sets us apart from other similar companies arranging Sea trips and tours in Hurghada, Safaga and wider locations of Egypt.
KATE: is a fully qualified Diver (padi) lifeguard for both pool and openwater and has over 30 years of underwater photography with companies such as National Geographic and is located between Safafa and the UK.
MAJED: Having spent over 8 years on dive boats in the Red Sea has an absolute wealth of information on the local reefs best to visit, He also has operated his own business as a private tour guide for the whole of Egypt and its wonders and is located in Safaga, Egypt
Combined we offer bespoke, private tours allowing just you, your family or friends upto 11 people (glass bottomed boat) to share this adventure and thus making an unforgettable personal experience.
We have a private glass bottomed boat for the ultimate viewing experience and also private speedboat (5 persons)
Sometimes we visit away from the popular and very busy areas and visit unspoilt reefs where the fish and fauna are in abundance and you can feel at one with nature without the crowds of people.
